ï‚·Should have experience  from Reputed builders only who built the Flats or House.
ï‚·Don't Want Profiles who has built bridges , hostels, colleges, tunnel, warehouse etc.
ï‚·Should have experience in high end flats or independent houses preferably.
ï‚·Should have experience city's
ï‚·Should have good experience in finishing work like tiling, flooring ,painting & marble works etc.
ï‚·Experience in interior finishing is added preferrable point.
ï‚·Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification
ï‚·Managing, supervising and execution of works on site with contractor management
ï‚·Observance of safety requirements       
ï‚·Supervising and counseling junior or trainee engineers
ï‚·Preparing record drawings, technical reports,
ï‚·Should have good knowledge in MS Office especially Power point
Person has not jumped jobs in short time from good companies.
