JOB DESCRIPTION

Computer Knowledge : Word, Excel, PPT, Autocadd
At Least 20 years of procurement experience in construction and ideally interiors
Should have capacity of vendor sourcing across civil and interior trades
Should have civil knowledge
Must have good negotiation skill
Candidate attitude should be Goal Driven approach
Candidate should have experience in doing number of daily order, new vendors onboarding and daily bill processing etc.
Must have Two wheeler or 4 wheeler
Knowledge of Tamil, English and Hindi fluency
Should ensure team member and vendor happiness and discipline
