Should have experience from reputed builders only
Should have handled multiple sites
Should have good experience in residential construction from beginning till interior hand over of the building.
We don€™t want resumes who have experience in construction of tunnel, bridges, road, hostels, warehouses etc.
Should have experience in high end flats, villas or independent houses preferably.
Should have experience in working Chennai
Should have good experience in finishing work like tiling, flooring, painting & marble works etc.
Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification
Managing, supervising and execution of works on site with contractor management
Observance of safety requirements
Supervising and counselling junior or trainee engineers
Preparing record drawings, technical reports etc.
Should have good knowledge in word, excel, power point, autocard.
Candidates have not jumped jobs too often in short time from companies.
